This book is based on how Bernice’s body has transformed from having a temporary condition known as Bell’s palsy. For this, the mechanisms of one side of the face becomes paralysed.
She has taken one of the most rear conditions that many of us are unaware of in our world today and makes it informative for people to know more about Bell’s palsy. The book starts off by looking at the fatigue she was going through during the early stage of the condition. It looks at her close relationship she had with a man which slowly reveals the mask from his face, with his verbal abuses and his emotional looks.
The book further highlights her spiritual journey where she identifies the physical manifestation of her inner self. For this, Bernice recalls the teaching her grandma taught her from a young age on how to be authentic. The mind, body and soul through meditation and the food form the basis of her book together with working alongside nature.
The final part of the book discusses the importance of health being the greatest gift and contentment has the greatest wealth. This is where Bernice has been healed from Bell’s palsy.
